1. \u5354\u8b70\u7684\u63a5\u53d7\u8207\u9069\u7528\u7bc4\u570d<\/strong><\/h4>

Welcome to Atlas Capital Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “ATLAS,” “this Platform,” or the “Platform”).
This “User Agreement” constitutes an agreement between the user and the Platform’s operating entity regarding the registration, access, and use of the ATLAS website, mobile applications, trading systems, account services, market data services, and other related functions.
By completing registration, checking the box indicating “I have read and agree to the User Agreement,” or accessing or continuing to use the Platform, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the relevant rules, risk disclosures, privacy policy, and specific business rules published by the Platform.
\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u672c\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u7acb\u5373\u505c\u6b62\u8a3b\u518a\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u76f8\u95dc\u670d\u52d9\u3002.<\/p>

2. \u5e73\u53f0\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u7bc4\u570d<\/strong><\/h4>

ATLAS provides relevant services to eligible users based on factors such as the user’s location, account eligibility, product availability, and the actual circumstances of partner service providers.
\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a
\u8207\u80a1\u7968\u548c\u8b49\u5238\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ea4\u6613\u670d\u52d9\uff1b;
\u8207\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u767c\u884c\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8b49\u5238\u767c\u884c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u548c\u8a02\u95b1\u529f\u80fd\uff1b;
\u6578\u4f4d\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u73fe\u8ca8\u4ea4\u6613\uff1b;
\u8207\u5408\u540c\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u884d\u751f\u5de5\u5177\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8077\u52d9\uff0c\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u683c\u8981\u6c42\uff1b;
\u5834\u5167\u4ea4\u6613\u670d\u52d9\uff1b;

\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5b9a\u91cf\u5206\u6790\u3001\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ea4\u6613\u8f14\u52a9\u5de5\u5177\uff1b;
\u8a72\u5e73\u81fa\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ea4\u6613\u5c55\u793a\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u7b56\u7565\u5206\u4eab\u529f\u80fd\u4ee5\u53ca\u8ddf\u55ae\u4ea4\u6613\u529f\u80fd\uff1b;

\u8a72\u5e73\u81fa\u6703\u4e0d\u6642\u63a8\u51fa\u5176\u4ed6\u5404\u7a2e\u670d\u52d9\u3002.
The availability of specific services to a user is subject to the user’s location, account status, regulatory requirements, and the services actually provided by the Platform.
\u67d0\u4e9b\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u53ef\u80fd\u7531\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u3001\u6258\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u9280\u884c\u3001\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u3001\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u81fa\u3001\u6e05\u7b97\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u4f5c\u6a5f\u69cb\u4f86\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002.<\/p>

3. \u7528\u6236\u767b\u9304\u8207\u8cec\u6236\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/h4>

When applying for an ATLAS account, the user must provide information that is true, accurate, complete, and valid, in accordance with the Platform’s requirements. Users must ensure that they:
\u7b26\u5408\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6240\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u5e74\u9f61\u8981\u6c42\uff1b;
\u5177\u6709\u7c3d\u8a02\u672c\u5354\u8b70\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cc7\u683c\uff1b;
\u63d0\u4f9b\u771f\u5be6\u3001\u6e96\u78ba\u4e14\u8207\u672c\u4eba\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b;
\u4e0d\u5f97\u6a21\u4eff\u3001\u76dc\u7528\u6216\u975e\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff1b\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5f97\u505a\u51fa\u6b64\u985e\u884c\u70ba\u3002
\u8acb\u52ff\u5229\u7528\u6b64\u5e73\u53f0\u9032\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u6cd5\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002.
In principle, each user shall create and use their account in accordance with the platform’s rules.
Without the platform’s permission, users may not sell, lease, lend, or transfer their accounts, nor allow others to conduct unauthorized transactions through their accounts.<\/p>

4. \u8eab\u4efd\u9a57\u8b49\u8207\u5408\u898f\u5be9\u67e5<\/strong><\/h4>

In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the platform’s risk management requirements, ATLAS may require users to complete identity verification and necessary compliance reviews, including but not limited to:
KYC\uff08\u8a8d\u771f\u5c0d\u5f85\u5ba2\u6236\u8cc7\u683c\uff09\u6aa2\u67e5\u3001AML\uff08\u53cd\u6d17\u9322\uff09\u5be9\u67e5\u3001\u5236\u88c1\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\u3001\u6b3a\u8a50\u98a8\u96aa\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u6216\u8ca1\u7522\u4f86\u6e90\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u7a05\u6536\u5c45\u4f4f\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u9a57\u8b49\u7b49\u3002.
\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u7528\u6236\u63d0\u4ea4\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8cc7\u6599\uff1a
\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u3001\u8b77\u7167\u6216\u5176\u5b83\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u767c\u653e\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\uff1b\u4f4f\u5740\u8b49\u660e\uff1b\u81ea\u62cd\u7167\u7247\u6216\u6d3b\u9ad4\u9a57\u8b49\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b\u7a05\u52d9\u76f8\u95dc\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b\u9280\u884c\u8cec\u6236\u8a73\u7d30\u8cc7\u6599\uff1b\u8cc7\u91d1\u4f86\u6e90\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\uff1b\u4f01\u696d\u767b\u8a18\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e73\u53f0\u8a8d\u70ba\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6750\u6599\u3002.
\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u62d2\u7d55\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6216\u5e73\u53f0\u898f\u5247\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7121\u6cd5\u88ab\u5408\u7406\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u5247\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u9650\u5236\u8a72\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u6839\u64da\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\u9032\u884c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u5be9\u67e5\u3002.<\/p>

5. \u8cec\u6236\u5b89\u5168<\/strong><\/h4>

\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u6709\u8cac\u4efb\u59a5\u5584\u4fdd\u5b58\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7269\u54c1\uff1a
\u7528\u6236\u540d\u3001\u767b\u5165\u5bc6\u78bc\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u5bc6\u78bc\u3001\u77ed\u4fe1\u9a57\u8b49\u78bc\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u9a57\u8b49\u78bc\u3001\u96d9\u91cd\u8a8d\u8b49\u4fe1\u606f\u3001API\u5bc6\u9470\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5b89\u5168\u6191\u8b49\u3002.
\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u5c0d\u56e0\u81ea\u5df1\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u62ab\u9732\u5bc6\u78bc\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u88dd\u7f6e\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u7531\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u81ea\u8eab\u9020\u6210\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u640d\u5931\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002.
Users must immediately contact customer service via the platform’s official channels if they discover unauthorized logins, transactions, or other suspicious activity.
\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6839\u64da\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u63a1\u53d6\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5b89\u4fdd\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u767b\u5165\u9a57\u8b49\u3001\u8a2d\u5099\u9a57\u8b49\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u5c0d\u66ab\u6642\u6027\u8cec\u6236\u5be6\u65bd\u9650\u5236\u7b49\u3002.<\/p>

6. \u4ea4\u6613\u898f\u5247<\/strong><\/h4>

\u5728\u901a\u904eATLAS\u63d0\u4ea4\u8a02\u55ae\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u7528\u6236\u5fc5\u9808\u89aa\u81ea\u9032\u884c\u9a57\u8b49\uff1a
\u4ea4\u6613\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u8cb7\u5165\/\u8ce3\u51fa\u65b9\u5411\u3001\u8a02\u55ae\u985e\u578b\u3001\u6578\u91cf\u3001\u50f9\u683c\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9810\u8a08\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002.
\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4e0b\u55ae\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u4fdd\u8b49\u8a72\u4e0b\u55ae\u6703\u88ab\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u4e0b\u55ae\u72c0\u614b\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u542b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff1a
\u5df2\u63d0\u4ea4\u3001\u7b49\u5f85\u57f7\u884c\u3001\u90e8\u5206\u586b\u5145\u3001\u5b8c\u5168\u586b\u5145\u3001\u5df2\u53d6\u6d88\u3001\u88ab\u62d2\u6536\u3001\u5df2\u904e\u671f\u7b49\u72c0\u614b\u3002.
\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u904e\u7a0b\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u5e02\u5834\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u50f9\u683c\u3001\u8a02\u55ae\u512a\u5148\u9806\u5e8f\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u5834\u6240\u3001\u8a02\u55ae\u8def\u7531\u7b49\u5404\u7a2e\u5e02\u5834\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002.
The “Last Price” displayed on the platform represents only the most recent transaction information in the relevant market; it does not guarantee that a user can execute a trade at that price.
\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u50f9\u683c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u8cb7\u50f9\u8207\u8ce3\u50f9\u5dee\u7570\u3001\u5e02\u5834\u6df1\u5ea6\u3001\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u50f9\u683c\u6ce2\u52d5\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002.<\/p>

7. \u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da<\/strong><\/h4>

\u8a72\u5e73\u81fa\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u5404\u7a2e\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u3001\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u3001\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6578\u64da\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b9\u8655\u7372\u53d6\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u3002.
\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a
\u6700\u8fd1\u50f9\u683c\u3001\u8cb7\u5165\u50f9\u3001\u8ce3\u51fa\u50f9\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u91cf\u3001K\u7dda\u5716\u3001\u8ba2\u5355\u7c3f\u6578\u64da\u3001\u6b77\u53f2\u6578\u64da\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5e02\u5834\u4fe1\u606f\u3002.
\u7531\u65bc\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u7684\u6388\u6b0a\u554f\u984c\u3001\u7db2\u8def\u5ef6\u9072\u3001\u6578\u64da\u4f9b\u61c9\u4e2d\u65b7\u3001\u5e02\u5834\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u53ca\u6280\u8853\u554f\u984c\u7b49\u5404\u7a2e\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u5e02\u5834\u6578\u64da\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u5ef6\u9072\u3001\u66ab\u6642\u7121\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u66f4\u65b0\u983b\u7387\u767c\u751f\u8b8a\u5316\u7b49\u60c5\u51b5\u3002.
\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u627f\u8a8d\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e8b\u9805\uff1a
\u6240\u986f\u793a\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u50f9\u683c\u4e26\u4e0d\u8868\u793a\u5be6\u969b\u6210\u4ea4\u50f9\u683c\u6703\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0d\u8b8a\u3002.
\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u57f7\u884c\u50f9\u683c\u548c\u6578\u91cf\u5c07\u7531\u57f7\u884c\u55ae\u4f4d\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u5834\u6240\u6216\u8ba2\u5355\u57f7\u884c\u8a18\u9304\u4f86\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002.<\/p>

8. \u80a1\u7968\u8207\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613<\/strong><\/h4>

\u80a1\u50f9\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u5e02\u5834\u4f9b\u61c9\u8207\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u57fa\u672c\u60c5\u6cc1\u3001\u5b8f\u89c0\u7d93\u6fdf\u72c0\u6cc1\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u5834\u6240\u3001\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e02\u5834\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002.
\u5c0d\u65bc\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u8b49\u5238\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u4ea4\u6613\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u6cc1\uff1a
\u6c92\u6709\u8cb7\u8ce3\u55ae\u7684\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u5831\u50f9\u5dee\u7570\u904e\u5927\uff0c\u9577\u6642\u9593\u7121\u4efb\u4f55\u4ea4\u6613\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u8ba2\u5355\u9700\u8981\u88ab\u90e8\u5206\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7121\u6cd5\u7acb\u5373\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u6613\u3002.
\u56e0\u6b64\uff1a
“Tradability” of a security does not imply that an order can be executed immediately.
\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u61c9\u5145\u5206\u7406\u89e3\u5e02\u5834\u55ae\u3001\u9650\u50f9\u55ae\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u985e\u578b\u55ae\u4f4d\u7684\u5340\u5225\u3002.<\/p>

9. \u4ea4\u6613\u66ab\u505c\u3001\u9000\u5e02\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u4f01\u696d\u884c\u70ba<\/strong><\/h4>

\u7531\u65bc\u76e3\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3001\u91cd\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3001\u5408\u4f75\u8207\u6536\u8cfc\u3001\u79c1\u6709\u5316\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3001\u7834\u7522\u60c5\u6cc1\u3001\u80a1\u7968\u4ee3\u78bc\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u8b49\u5238\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u66ab\u505c\u4ea4\u6613\u6216\u5f9e\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u79fb\u9664\u3002.
If a security held by a user is subject to such events, the platform will handle the situation based on the security’s actual status and information provided by partner brokers, exchanges, custodians, or clearing agencies.
\u5728\u5f9e\u4e3b\u8981\u4ea4\u6613\u5e02\u5834\u9000\u5e02\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u8a72\u8b49\u5238\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u6cc1\uff1a
\u8a72\u80a1\u7968\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u573a\u5916\u5e02\u5834\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u505c\u6b62\u5728\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u5167\u7684\u8cb7\u8ce3\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8a72\u80a1\u7968\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u901a\u904e\u73fe\u91d1\u7d50\u7b97\u65b9\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u9032\u884c\u5176\u4ed6\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u884c\u70ba\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002.
\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u5c07\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u898f\u5b9a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5be6\u969b\u57f7\u884c\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002.<\/p>

10. \u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u767c\u884c\u80a1\u7968\u7684\u8a8d\u8cfc<\/strong><\/h4>

\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u70ba\u7b26\u5408\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u7528\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a02\u95b1\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u767c\u884c\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u3002.
\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7406\u89e3\u4e26\u540c\u610f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e8b\u9805\uff1a
\u63d0\u4ea4\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u767c\u884c\u7533\u8acb\u4e26\u4e0d\u4fdd\u8b49\u80fd\u5920\u7372\u5f97\u914d\u984d\u3002.

\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6839\u64da\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5411\u7528\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u8a18\u9304\u6216\u7a05\u52d9\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5c07\u76f8\u95dc\u4fe1\u606f\u5831\u544a\u7d66\u76f8\u95dc\u6a5f\u95dc\u3002.

\u6d17\u9322\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u8cc7\u91d1\u7c4c\u96c6\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u6cd5\u91d1\u878d\u6d3b\u52d5\uff1b;
\u5e02\u5834\u64cd\u7e31\u3001\u6d17\u9322\u884c\u70ba\u3001\u5339\u914d\u8a02\u55ae\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u9055\u898f\u884c\u70ba\uff1b;
Using a false identity or impersonating another person to use their account;
Unauthorized access to the platform’s systems;
Using malicious programs to attack the platform;

Bypassing account restrictions, security mechanisms, or compliance controls;
Exploiting system vulnerabilities for improper gain;
Engaging in other activities prohibited by applicable laws.
Upon detecting abnormal behavior, the platform may implement necessary risk control measures in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.<\/p>

20. Risk Disclosure<\/h4>

Users acknowledge that all investment and trading activities involve risks, including but not limited to:
Market risk, liquidity risk, price volatility risk, leverage risk, exchange rate risk, technical risk, cybersecurity risk, third-party service risk, regulatory risk, and force majeure risk.
\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5931\u53bb\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5168\u90e8\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u3002.
ATLAS does not guarantee that any securities, digital assets, strategies, traders, or trading signals will generate a profit.<\/p>

21. System Maintenance and Service Interruptions<\/h4>

The platform may temporarily suspend certain functions due to:
System upgrades, server maintenance, market data service interruptions, exchange maintenance, network failures, third-party service anomalies, or force majeure events.
The platform will take reasonable measures to restore services based on the actual situation.
Regarding the final status of actual orders, the information confirmed by the trading venue, broker, clearing agency, or other actual execution system shall prevail.<\/p>

22. Privacy and Data Protection<\/h4>

The platform will process user information in accordance with applicable privacy policies and data protection laws.
Information that may be processed includes:
Account details, identity verification information, contact information, transaction records, device information, login records, IP information, and data required to fulfill compliance obligations.
The platform shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of user information.
Specific processing methods are governed by the “Privacy Policy.”<\/p>

23. Third-Party Services<\/h4>

Certain services may rely on third-party entities, including:
Securities brokers, exchanges, clearing agencies, banks, payment institutions, custodians, market data providers, blockchain networks, and technology service providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own rules and terms of service. The Platform shall clearly define the boundaries of responsibility between itself and third-party institutions based on the actual legal relationship; it shall not misrepresent regulated services actually provided by third parties as being provided by the Platform itself.<\/p>

24. Amendment of Agreement<\/h4>

The Platform may reasonably amend this Agreement due to changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, or product upgrades.
For material changes requiring advance notice by law, the Platform will notify users via website announcements, in-app notifications, email, or other appropriate means.
The amended Agreement shall take effect on the date of implementation as announced.<\/p>

25. Account Termination<\/h4>

Users may apply to close their accounts in accordance with the procedures provided by the Platform.
Prior to account closure, the following may need to be completed in accordance with the law:
processing of outstanding orders, handling of open positions, fund settlement, necessary identity or compliance verification, and other pending matters.
The Platform may also restrict or terminate account services in accordance with this Agreement and applicable rules, to the extent permitted by law.
Account closure does not affect legitimate rights and obligations accrued prior to closure, nor does it affect records required by law to be retained.<\/p>

26. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not bear liability for guarantees regarding normal market fluctuations, users’ independent investment decisions, third-party service failures, or other matters beyond the Platform’s reasonable control.
However, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as excluding or limiting liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.<\/p>
